Tm2
Tm2 is an innovative company that helps project manage, build, renovate, and develop properties–from apartment buildings to luxury hotels. I helped design and build their website, develop their brand, document their progress from the start in 2017. Three years later, they already had a turnover of over 200 million SEK.
Campaigns and social media content
Over several years, I produced content and campaigns for social media. These campaigns were often done with a very small budget and a short time frame, but had an impact in making Tm2 seen as an active player on the market. And they often had a humorous tone, which is unusual in the construction business.
Wood buildings in Lövgärdet
Tm2 has garnered a lot of attention for building modular wood apartment buildings. In one of their projects, they were the first to build new flats in Lövgärdet–one of Gothenburgs economically deprived areas–since the 70s.
Social building
We communicated and garnered a lot of public attention for the project in Lövgärdet – an area with a massive amount of challenges. Politicians, the police and locals were all interested in seeing the project finish and being part of the communication around it.
