Before Lynk & Co even had cars on Swedish roads, they asked us to help design experiences for all their touchpoints. What should customers feel when they bought the car, saw it in a showroom or had to take it to the workshop?
The Mission
Lynk & Co is a new type of car brand, and they wanted to challenge what car ownership meant. Do you really need to own a car? Can you share it? Naturally, that also meant a whole range of new experiences for car owners. They asked us to design these experiences across all of their touchpoints with customers… yes, all of them.
